Cat Kart does not collect, store on a server, share or sell any personal data. The game has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and it does not connect to the internet.

None. Cat Kart does not transmit any information from your Apple Watch to us or to anyone else.

Data stored on your watch

The app saves one setting on your watch: whether the music is switched on or off. It never leaves the device and is deleted when you delete the app.

Permissions

Cat Kart does not ask for access to your location, health data, contacts, microphone, camera, motion data or any other protected information.

Third parties

The app contains no third-party software development kits, advertising networks or analytics services.

Apple

When you download the app, Apple processes your purchase and download under its own privacy policy. Apple may also send us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics, but only if you have agreed to share them with app developers in your device settings. We cannot identify you from this information.

Children

Cat Kart is suitable for all ages. Because the app collects no personal data, it also collects none from children.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. When you visit it, the hosting provider (GitHub Pages, operated by GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of the request and your browser type in server log files. This is necessary to deliver the website securely (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We do not combine this data with other sources.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability and the right to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. As the app stores no personal data with us, we normally hold no data about you.
